La Red is a movement of Christian leaders united by a shared vision of God’s Kingdom and a deep passion for reaching the next generation. Together, we walk alongside the Latin American church as it steps into a new season of growth and transformation. Our dream is to continue fostering local communities with vibrant, relevant, and healthy cultures, faithfully living out the unique vision God has entrusted to each of them.

Church planting in La Red is the promotion of authentic communities: we walk alongside leaders to take the church to new territories, building spaces where people grow in their faith and in community.
LEADERSHIP TRAINING
It is part of our mission to train men and women equipped with values and vision, so that they can lead their ministries with wisdom, integrity, and passion.

Our online courses
These courses are designed to empower church planters, ministry leaders, and pastors, providing them with practical tools that transform their leadership. Our in-person training sessions
These are transformative experiences in three formats. The conferences bring together leaders, pastors, and volunteers from various Latin American countries, inspiring and connecting them in a vibrant environment. The intensives are practical and applicable training programs, designed to equip each leader with ready-to-implement tools. And our mentoring sessions create an intimate space where leaders share one-on-one, forging authentic connections and shared growth.
